As the current government in Nigeria bids farewell after its tenure comes to an end effective May 29. Its only right that gains/achievements gotten during this period is compared to the state the country(in this case ,Lagos state) was in before the outgoing government took over. And one can only hope its successors can at least achieve the same level (even if they cant surpass it) of change and success.Even as we all know, success in this context is relative.
